White Birch Cabin is located high on a mountain just to the North of Scenic Route 6 and just 20 minutes from the beautiful town of Wellsboro and the famous Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. The elevation of 2300 feet above sea level assures fresh cool air to go with the peacefulness of the adjacent Tioga State Forest.

Our 12 acres are loaded with white birch trees that can only be described as "magic" on a moonlit night when they create an illusion of giant candlesticks aglow. There's lots of snow in the winter for those of you who love winter sports. Denton Hill Ski Area is just 30 minutes away off route 6. After enjoying some of the great outdoor activities available in these mountains, come back to White Birch Cabin to relax and enjoy the warm comfort from the stone fireplace.

We also have a network of named trails, a cable swing, a large campfire area, and a couple of great hammock attachment locations for long and leisurely rests among the white birch woods.
