Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.

Balance of payment and signed rental agreement due 14 days prior to arrival.
Reservations may be placed up to one year in advance.
Requested dates will be held 5 days pending receipt of deposit.
We accept personal checks, money orders, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $100 handling fee for cancellations.

Final payment will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to reservation date.

Deposit and Final payment is forfeited if notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to reservation date (unless we can fill the vacant time period).

Policies and Restrictions

A maximum of 6 guests may occupy the cabin.
The cabin is non-smoking.
No pets are permitted on the property.
You are responsible for the cost of replacing any missing or broken items.
No driving on the grass.
Abide by the displayed rules in the cabin.
The person signing the rental contract must be 18 years of age and must be in the rental party.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain the cabin. Cleaning supplies are provided.
Guests will be responsable for reporting broken or malfunctioning appliances, electrical equipment, heating or cooling equipment immediately so we can have them repaired.

Personal Liability

You are responsible for proper supervision of all children in your party.
Proper licensing, supervision and safety gear are your responsibility.
Emergency numbers are posted beside the telephone.
Our Porch is constructed with safety in mind. However, the railings are not to be used as seats and children should be properly supervised at all times.
Firewood is provided for use in the fire pit only. All fires are to be strictly supervised by an adult.
Be sure fires are completely out before leaving it unattended.
In the case that the burning of fires are prohibited due to a dry spell, a notice will be posted at the cabin and no fires are to be built.
For safety and insurance reasons, the wood stove is for owners' use only and will be locked.
